If you are leasing from a landlord, he will provide you with a list of any fixtures, fittings and furniture that he will be leaving into your new house. It is a common practice for landlord's to leave the "white goods" such as kitchen appliance like refrigerator, freezer, cooker and washing machine. Your landlord should provide you contact details; emergency repair numbers and any paperwork that you need in cases that you need emergency repairs. Bank details should be obtained from the landlord or get you can arrange the best time for the payment to be collected. Once all the paperwork has been finalized and signed, you can now start moving to a new house.
